Julia Bickerstaff
Julia Bickerstaff is the Managing Director of Butterfly Coaching.
Julia has worked with growing businesses for over 20 years. As well as Butterfly Coaching Julia also runs The Business Bakery, has written a book How to Bake a Business, is the finance expert on Kochies Business Builders (Channel 7), is past host of SME Money Makers (Sky) and is a regular speaker and writer on matters relating to small and medium-sized businesses.
Until 2008 Julia was a partner at Deloitte, one of the world's largest professional services firms. At Deloitte Julia:
- Lead the team for servicing clients with revenue less than $50million
- Designed the strategy for servicing clients <$50 million revenue
- Lead the Deloitte Technology Fast 50
- Chaired the Innovation Council
- Executive member of the Innovation Council
- Executive member of the Inspiring Women initiative
- Board of Deloitte Foundation
