John D. Anderson is a co-founder and principal of CEO Advisors LLC, which is a Business Coaching Organization focused on encouraging individual and organizational excellence by providing simple, practical and effective tools for CEO's and Executive Teams to help them translate their vision into execution and results. They provide business coaching in Michigan, Illinois and Indiana to mid-market companies using their unique process, The CEO Advantage™. As the former co-owner and president of Gorman's Business Interiors, John grew sales from $4.5million to $12 million within five years. Much of the success at Gorman's was attributed to the reward system he implemented to recognize initiatives in customer satisfaction, teamwork, profitability, community service, health and fitness, and education. The result of this team-based program was excellent growth in both sales and profitability. John is a founding member and past president of the Detroit Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization, a past member of the Greater Detroit Chamber CEO Roundtable and an alumnus of Leadership Oakland & the INC./EO/MIT Birthing of Giants program. Troy Schrock is a cofounder and principal of CEO Advisors LLC, which is a Business Coaching Organization focused on encouraging individual and organizational excellence by providing simple, practical and effective tools for CEO's and Executive Teams to help them translate their vision into execution and results. They provide business coaching in Michigan, Illinois and Indiana to mid-market companies using their unique process, The CEO Advantage™. He is also the founder and president of Vortex Systems, Inc. a financial consulting firm offering outsourced CFO services to organizations. Prior to founding Vortex Systems, Troy was a manager at the Southfield, Michigan accounting firm of Parker, Wittus and Company, P.L.C. At Parker, Wittus, Troy gained experience in tax, accounting and consulting work including business systems analysis, business valuations, troubled-company situations, financial management training, and forecast and projection modeling. Troy graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Accountancy and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
