Chuck has a proven track record of helping Colorado Springs start-up, early stage, high growth, mature and transition businesses by increasing sales and profits, maximizing value and cash- flow with focused and proven business strategies and team-driven initiatives. Chuck has a core strength in teaching business owners how to build great businesses in the areas of leadership, team, vision, culture building, accountability and customer experience. He is passionate about teaching business owners how to lead at the very highest levels to achieve both their business goals and personal dreams. Chuck’s clients have achieved distinction through results in the local community, regionally, nationally and internationally and within their respective industries.

Chuck is building a firm in Colorado with his partner Earl Kemper that now has 6 coaches and will employ 64 coaches by 2015. Chuck’s Action COACH Firm houses a dedicated team of coaches and support staff with extensive business experience.  All clients are matched with the coach’s education, experience, and coaching style to create optimum performance and maximum results on an individual basis.  Each coach is skilled in assisting clients to create a powerful vision, build powerful strategies, chart a comprehensive business plan, and build an Action execution plan to accomplish their goals.  Chuck is committed to “being” a $1 Million Coach.

Chuck has twenty- nine years of sales, marketing, leadership, team-building, and product and business development experience in the technology and office products industries.   He earned his MBA from Penn State University and his BS from Rowan University.  A passionate believer in advanced education and training, Chuck has also attended the prestigious Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership and Executive Leadership Training with Malandro Communications Group. Chuck is also a certified Flippen Constraint Coach, Fellow at the International Institute of Coaching and is in the final stages of becoming a Gazelles International Certified Associate Coach. Last year, Chuck also attended “Business Mastery” which was taught by Keith Cunningham who mentored, Robert Kiyosaki. Chuck lives and believes in this mantra, “As a coach, it is my professional obligation to learn each and every day and at the very highest level, I am committed to always being curious and asking great questions”.

Chuck’s purpose as a coach is to leverage his God-given gifts of inspiration, passion, energy, and thinking to enable massive change and success in the lives of each and every client that he touches. Chuck believes “the ultimate measure of him as a coach is his client’s success and how his client’s measure their success.” In his 7th year as an Action COACH, Chuck’s clients have achieved significant business and personal goals. Many of Chuck’s clients have achieved prestigious local, regional, national and global industry awards in business excellence and customer service. Ultimately Chuck views his measure of success as a coach through his client’s successes. His client retention is consistently 40+months with his clients, which is another significant measure of coaching success. Chuck is deeply involved in both the local Colorado Springs community and the Action COACH community.  He is an active member of the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, Peak Venture Group, and the Colorado Springs Executive Association.  His radio show, in its 5th year, “Talking Business… Taking Action,” on both KZNT 1460 AM and KGFT 100.5 FM reaches approximately ~1o,ooo weekly listeners. Chuck leverages his gift of high energy and motivation to inspire thousands as a published author, as a host of a local radio show and as a professional speaker. 

In building one of the most successful ACTION Coach practice franchises in the world, Chuck has received numerous honors from Action Coach Business Coaching as:  2004 and 2005 “Colorado Coach of the Year,” and 2004 and 2005 Colorado “Team Player of the Year,” 2005 North American ACTIONMAN Award, 2006 North American “Team Player of the Year,” and 2006 Global Best Group Coaching Award as one of the best coaches in the world.  Recently Chuck received the prestigious 2009 Global ActionMan Award. Chuck has consistently be in the Action Global Top 100 and been ranked as high as #5 in the world. He also has the distinction of being an Action Global Induction Trainer of Action Coaches and a regional and global conference speaker speaking in venues throughout the world. Chuck has also served as a Coaches Coach in Colorado. In 2008, Chuck was one of the first 75 Action coaches globally to be certified as an Executive Coach. More recently, Chuck also received the distinction in becoming an Action COACH Certified Master Coach which enables him to coach fellow coaches on a global basis. Chuck has also continually develops best practices that are used globally within the ACTION Coach franchise.

Chuck lives in Monument, Colorado with his wonderful wife, Kit, and their fabulous children, Ryan and Makayla. He is also a long-time coach in Little League and various youth basketball organizations. He has a passion for travel, golf, skiing, reading, giving back, snorkeling and flat out enjoying life.
