Grow Consulting was established primarily to fulfill the need of internal groups of companies, which is financial turnaround in order to reach USD $100 m in yr 2010, In fields such as: Financial & Accounting Services, Audits, Strategic Planning and Formulating, Business Coaching, and Human Resources Management. Since the end of 2008, Grow Consulting has expanded its business scope and run as an independent consulting firm.
Partners:
Joni P. has experience in strategy and business development and implementation process, business coaching and HRM for more than 15 yrs, including experiences in internal groups of companies in top management positions.
Other principle partners include: Christiadi Tjahnadi and Jackson Damanik, who have experience working with Ernst & Young, and Budi Hartono, who is experienced in Quality Improvement Management.
