Meet the Coach - Robert J. (Bob) Lobos

Bob has over 30 years of combined executive level experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Professional and Service Industries. He is a is a graduate of Marquette University and a retired Air National Guard Officer with additional experience in training, administration, and management. Bob has been employed in the corporate world as well as operated his own businesses, including a manufacturing plant, wholesale distribution company and a training company..

Sales Achievements:

  • Owns and operates the Wolf Creek Business Growth Institute, a regional sales force development and business growth company for 11 years
  • Owned and operated a Sandler Sales Institute franchise for the first five of those eleven years
  • Expanded the business to include a number of programs in the management and staff development areas in addition to sales and sales management development
  • Provided training and development programs for over 250 businesses and organizations in eleven years
  • Trained and developed over 3500 employees in that time period
  • Businesses ranged in annual revenue from $200,000 to over $100 million.
  • Target is small to medium size businesses
  • Consistently in the top one-third of all Objective Management Group International Distributors

  • Bob and his wife, Mary, provide entrepreneurial training in Baton Rouge, Lafayette and New Orleans through the Micro Business Enterprise Corporation of Ascension (MBECA) and CDBG programs for first time business owners as a part of Project Raise Louisiana.
  • Bob provides leadership training within a number of churches in the area
