Paul O'Kelly is the founding partner; he has worked on projects in Ireland, EU and North America with indigenous Irish clients, global corporations, and growth businesses from the UK, Germany and the United States.
He is formerly Manager of European Marketing for a Fortune 200 company. For the last 15 years Paul has specialised in strategic thinking and planning, building high performance management teams and enabling corporations successfully build international markets.
In the last 7 years he developed and implemented the Fast Track Strategy®process for Growth Businesses, Corporate Business Units and High Potential Start Ups. This process has helped dozens of Irish companies achieve outstanding success, nationally and internationally in sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Wireless, Software, Food, Construction Products, Specialist Consulting, Telecoms and International E-Business. The Fast Track Strategy® process is ideal for spin-off's from corporations and as a Catalytic Mechanism for bringing the Culture of Entrepreneurship to Corporate Teams and Business Units.
He is regularly invited to speak on strategic planning, building high performance teams, entrepreneurship and growth businesses.
Paul is on the Board of Atlantic Corridor Ireland a body funded by the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs. Atlantic Corridor's objective is to increase economic and educational attainment between Ireland, Northern Ireland and the USA. He is also a Director of Solo Sports Media the sports marketing and sponsorship specialists with clients such as Vodafone, VHI, Nivea and Coca-Cola; and several other enterprises.
Paul coaches Gaelic football, was Manager of the Offaly Senior Football team in 2003 and a member of the Management Team that led Offaly to a Leinster title in 1997 and its first National League Title in 1998. He worked with Niall Quinn to develop a strategy for developing football at Sunderland FC prior to its acquisition; and an advisor to the Monaghan Senior football management and team.

Kieran Horan
Kieran is a Partner in O'KellySutton-Gazelles and has worked on consulting projects in Ireland, the UK, Germany and the USA. Kieran brings more than twenty years of national and international experience in senior sales, marketing and engineering management roles. He has worked with leading international companies including Methode Electronics, Tyco, Packard Electric, Leonische Draftwerke and Fujitsu Microelectronics. Kieran's sectoral expertise includes telecoms, datacomms, computers, electronics and light engineering.
In his consulting role, Kieran applies his practical commercial and technical experience, and his training as a consultant and coach developing strategic plans, building sales performance, and coaching clients to the highest standards in project management and day to day high performance. He regularly works as part of the clients' breakthrough team in winning strategic key accounts in Ireland and internationally.
Kieran's academic qualifications include a National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from Athlone IT; the National Diploma in Engineering (Manufacturing Technology) from the University of Limerick; a Bachelor of Engineering (Production) from the University of Limerick; Certificate in Training and Continuing Education, National University Ireland at Maynooth and a Diploma in Business Executive & Life Coaching at Athlone IT.
Kieran is a member of the Birr Golf Club and coaches under fourteen boys hurling and soccer in his community.

Peter Hanan
Peter started his career in the brewing industry and in the last 20 years has held senior positions in the pharmaceutical, electronics, retail and construction sectors.
Peter has worked as European HR Director for two separate US Multinationals, Cabletron systems and Sensormatic electronics, where he was responsible for all HR support for employees across operations in 18 countries across Europe.
Peter returned to Ireland in 1999 when he joined Superquinn, Ireland's premium retailer, as HR Director, he subsequently held the position of Chief Operating Officer prior to the sale of Superquinn to Select Holdings in 2005.
With O'Kelly Sutton - Gazelles , Peter's primary focus is the maximisation of human capital within clients businesses , ensuring the each individual's priorities are aligned with the business goals of the company and insuring the correct skill sets are in place to allow the enterprise fulfil its potential.
Peter has worked as a consultant across a variety of sectors including, food production, manufacturing, professional services, and the CRM service sectors.

Bert Farrell
Bert is a Partner in O'KellySutton-Gazelles and has over 18 year's business experience.
He started his career in the telecoms industry and he has subsequently worked in the manufacturing, healthcare, retail, IT and software sectors.
Bert Farrell has worked as a Project Manager, Software Development Manager, IT Director, Business Consultant and Business Development Director with several companies including Ericsson, Ellemtel, Transitions Optical Ltd, KBA Systems, Pfizer Ireland Pharmaceuticals, Loctite, and Steripack Medical Ltd. In these roles he has worked in Ireland, Sweden and U.S.
Bert Farrell is an Honours Computer Science graduate and holds a First Class Honours MBA.
With O'KellySutton-Gazelles Bert is focused on strategic development /implementation & measurement, business planning, entrepreneurship, IM (Information Management) Strategy, eCommerce, as well as logistics and production / operations improvement. Bert's recent experiences and areas of interest include entrepreneurship development, project management, business planning and business process reviews. Bert uses his varied experience in helping companies develop, review and implement their business objectives.
Bert Farrell is a member of the MBA Association of Ireland (MBAAI). He is an ex-rugby player who enjoys most sports.
