Richard "Dick" Dauphinais
 Dick Dauphinais founded Virtual Human Resource (VHR) in March of 1990 with the primary focus of providing expert Human Capital consulting that includes executive coaching, performance based assessment tools, organizational design, compensation and benefits consulting for growing and mid-size organizations, encompassing a wide range of industries and company sizes. Dick’s background includes more than 30 years of corporate human resources experience.
Since founding VHR, Dick has provided high quality expertise to all levels of management to improve motivation and productivity of their employees through more effective utilization of their Human Capital assets. This may include organization structure re-design, management coaching/mentoring programs, implementation of better compensation programs that are cost effective and motivational----but most importantly, truly supportive to the business strategies of the organization.
Dick’s experience has been gained through supervisory, management and director level positions held within major Fortune 200 companies at the division, group and corporate levels. Dick’s extensive Human Capital consulting experience included progressively more responsible positions with companies such as United Technologies, Uniroyal, Nortel and Compaq Computers.
VHR’s success has also flourished through the affiliation/partnership with other fine organizations such as Gazelles, the Perth Leadership Institute, WorldatWork and Insight Performance Improvement, Inc.
