In-Synk — Inner Circle of the Mid-South
Michael Synk is the founder of In-Synk, a business education and coaching practice located in Memphis, Tennessee. With expertise in customer loyalty, sales strategy, strategic thinking and leadership, Michael helps his clients reach the next level through the creation of meaningful and measurable goals that are tied to their core values. Employees, customers and processes are then aligned around these goals, delivering sustainable growth.
Michael is the author of How to Create Customers as Loyal as Norm Peterson: The Cheers Model of Marketing. He speaks throughout the country on customer loyalty, customer relationship management, and sales strategy and conducts retreats and workshops locally on strategic thinking and leadership. His column "Ask Mike," the equivalent of "Dear Abby for Business Owners" advice column for business owners is regularly featured in the Memphis Business Journal.
Michael also runs Inner Circle of the Mid-South. Inner Circles are peer groups for business owners. At monthly Inner Circle meetings, members guide each other in clarifying business and professional goals and thinking through means to achieve them. An Inner Circle acts as a business owner’s independent board of directors. Members receive honest, diverse, and direct advice from other owners who also want to get to the next level.
Michael is the coaching partner for Gazelles International for the Memphis MSA. Michael has been officially and unofficially affiliated with Gazelles for almost 10 years, first as a participant in Verne’s first Master of Business Dynamics class, later as a content developer, and now as a coach and personal practitioner of the Rockefeller Habits.
