Dan Weston is a Gazelles Emeritus executive coach who has been coaching Gazelles Client companies for the last nine years.

He is the President of The Weston Group in Dallas. He also serves on a part-time basis as Executive Coach for The Scooter Store, one of the most successful companies applying the Gazelles and Rockefeller Habits processes. Dan served as their coach since 1999, facilitating 28 quarterly planning sessions and he served as Executive Vice President-People Werks! for five years.

Dan has helped over 20 firms, in a wide variety of industries, use the Rockefeller Habits processes.

Prior to working with Gazelles, Dan was Vice President/Human Resources for Greyhound Lines. He is the former General Manager/Dallas for a national organization change and career management firm. For 15 years, he was at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University as Director and Associate Dean for External Affairs, responsible for executive education and he taught in the Executive MBA Program.

Dan has a BA in Chemistry from Rice University, a Harvard MBA, and has attended and conducted numerous executive education programs.
