Mo is author of Forum: The Secret Advantage of Successful Leaders and founder and president of Forum Resources Network (FRN). Providing 24 facilitators in 7 countries, FRN is the largest outsource-provider of CEO-to-CEO Forums. FRN clients include the Young Presidents' Organization, World Presidents' Organization, Entrepreneurs' Organization and CEO Resource Alliance, the Virginia Council of CEOs along with numerous corporate and other association clients.
With over 1500 programs in 28 countries under his belt, Mo has conducted more Forum programs than anyone and is a leading authority on the subject. His training materials have been translated in two languages and he has educated 30 trainers around the world to conduct Forum training.
Prior to starting FRN, Mo served as Executive Director of Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) for 7 years. During his tenure at EO the organization grew from a start-up to a $2 million budget member-based organization serving over 2000 members in 10 countries.

Mo loves cooking, traveling, cycling, swimming, running, skydiving, hang gliding, and scuba diving. Mo has completed many marathons and triathlons including the Switzerland Iron Man in just over 14 hours. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Maryland and lives in Alexandria, VA with his life partner Sally and their son Eli.
