Harnish, the "Growth Guy"

Married to Julie and father of three children Cameron, Cole, and Jade, Verne is the founder of two world-renowned entrepreneurship organizations, the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and the Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs (ACE), Verne is presently founder and CEO of Gazelles, Inc., which serves as an outsourced corporate university for mid-size firms. The "Growth Guy" columnist for several publications and a contributing editor for Fortune Small Business magazine, Verne is the author of Mastering the Rockefeller Habits: What You Must Do to Increase the Value of Your Fast-Growth Firm, which was released in April 2002 and has been translated into Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Named one of the "Top 10 Minds in Small Business" by Fortune Small Business Magazine, he appeared on the cover of the Dec/Jan 2002 issue of the magazine.
Verne chairs the renowned "Birthing of Giants" entrepreneurship leadership program at MIT and the MIT/WEO "Advanced Business Program". He also chaired for several years the leadership program for the Canada's prestigious "Top 40 Under 40" program and is going into his fifth year leading an executive program in Malaysia entitled "Taipan, the Making of Asian Giants." He's helping launch a similar program in Ireland in 2007.
Verne has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. Hobbies include piano, tennis, and magic as a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians.
Robert

Mr.
Main is responsible for all aspects of strategic planning,
sales, and technical planning and development of FlashReport.
Mr. Main has over 25 years of technical and managerial experience
and seven years experience building and selling startup companies.
Mr. Main was President of the eFed division of Electric Press,
a state and federal government online e-commerce solution
that he grew from startup to acquisition for $30 million in
four years. Mr. Main was also one of the original founders
and officers of Electric Press which built one of the first
dedicated Web network hosting facilities which was sold to
PSINet in 1998.
Tom
Delaney, CFO

Tom Delaney brings twenty years of experience in finance,
accounting and administration. Most recently, Tom worked in
several portfolio companies of New Enterprise Associates (NEA).
In these portfolio companies, Tom held various financial and
operational positions including acting chief financial officer
and vice president finance. While in these positions, he collectively
secured over $200 million in funding. Tom has expertise in
financial analysis, planning, budgeting and cost control.
He also has experience in financing corporate growth through
initial public offerings, private equity, debt and strategic
alliances. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant and holds
a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting degree and
is a Master Degree candidate in Computer Science.
Ron
Huntington, Executive Director of Gazelles International

Ron
is principal of Executive Mentors & Trainers (EMT) in
Seattle, Washington and a partner in Sound Investments, a
successful Pacific Northwest real estate development company.
An inspiring speaker, Ron is the author of "Strategic
Business Planning," published by BuilderBooks, the publishing
arm of the National Association of Home Builders in April
of 2003. Ron and EMT specialize in general management and
leadership skills development and business performance consulting
services. Ron has over 30 years of entrepreneurial business
development, ownership and general management experience,
which includes work with start-ups, operations management,
raising capital, investor relations, and financial stewardship.
He received his bachelor's degree from the University
of Washington in Communications and Sociology in 1972. Contact
