Patrick Thean (U.S., Canada, Asia)
Patrick Thean has spoken to thousands of business owners throughout the U.S., Canada, Asia and Australia on building a “culture of execution” to sustain growth. He is the CEO of Gazelles Systems and an award-winning serial entrepreneur who has started and exited several multi-million dollar companies. Patrick currently Chairs Malaysia’s “Taipan: The Making of Asian Giants” program. He also Co-Chairs the world-renowned EO Entrepreneurial Masters Program in partnership with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). He received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for North Carolina in 1996 and achieved a ranking of 151 on the Inc. 500 in 1997.

Daniel A Marcos (Latin America, U.S.)
Daniel Marcos is the founder of Inflection (Gazelles Latin-America) a management coaching company that helps managers and entrepreneurs achieve their goals and grow their companies faster.
Earlier, he co-founded Creditos123, LLC a leading online lending exchange that serves the Hispanic community in USA. In 1999, he created the first financial website focused on the Mexican financial markets, Finanzas Web, which he later sold to Patagon.com; he subsequently assumed the position of CEO of Patagon Mexico. Additionally, he created Fondo.com, an Angel Fund specializing in Internet related businesses.
Earlier in his career, Daniel was a broker at Lloyd’s of London and later served as Financial Attaché to the Consulate General of Mexico in Hong Kong.
Daniel is the blogger of Capitalemprendedor.com, dedicated to helping entrepreneurs grow their business; he was been selected a “30 in their 30´s” by Expansion Magazine (when he was just 29!) and is a graduate EO’s premiere CEO program, the “Birthing of Giants,” and its continuation “Gathering of The Titans.” Daniel holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from I.T.E.S.M.
