The program takes a totally unique, yet proven approach to help you build your leadership team to reach its potential. Our three-pronged approach focuses on personal and leadership development, delivering outstanding learning opportunities in the following three ways:
(1) SUMMITS :
Twice a year, we sponsor world class two day Summits with Fortune Magazine featuring
the world's most innovative, cutting edge business speakers and authors. Our program
enables you to bring up to 10 members of your top leadership team to the Summits
each year. As a result, they are immersed in the same great learning experiences
and ideas that you are. After each day's presentations you'll enjoy idea sharing
dinners with fellow president's and CEO's, while your top leadership folks do the
same with small groups of others who serve in similar corporate roles (e.g., COO's,
finance, marketing, sales, HR and IT).
Come join the fastest growing, smartest and most aggressive companies in their respective fields to learn, innovate and align your leadership team. Many of our G 200 companies also take this time to conduct their annual off-site planning sessions, after the stimulating presentations at the Summit. Also, for mid-level employees who can't join the Summits in person, each G200 Member Company can take advantage of live-streaming of the Summit presentations for all employees throughout your entire company. This makes your job of trying to create alignment throughout your organization a lot easier.
(2) ONLINE TRAINING :
Each year, professionally produced webcasts are available for use by your leadership team. Access to these webcasts is also provided for all employees. Webcast presenters are top thought leaders in their respective business fields, and they convey their ideas in actionable ways that you can put to use in your businessimmediately. Use these videos wherever and whenever you like, with as many managers and associates as you like. The idea is to show one webcast at each of your monthly leadership meetings, between your quarterly planning sessions.
In addition, you have complete access to our online training programs housed on GazellesTV. All employees within your company will have ongoing access to all existing and new training programs that Gazelles produces.
(3) FORUM GROUPS :
Research has shown that perhaps the greatest personal and professional growth and learning occurs in small group settings, where trust, mutual respect and open sharing are fostered. You can elect to have four people from your top management team (at $1,250/p/y) to actively participate in special Forum Peer Groups which average 8 in size. There, they will participate with folks from other G 200 companies who hold similar positions in their respective organizations. Typically, there are 10 meetings per year: eight by phone and two in person at the Summits.
Similar to EO/YPO forums, Forum allows members to gain knowledge from others who have experienced similar challenges, share experiences and best practices and have a safe place where they can grow as individuals and leaders. Participation in Forum is voluntary for your top people. Forum participants are expected to be fully and actively engaged in their respective groups.
